Lama Yeshé

Ngala Nor’dzin and Ngala ’ö-Dzin feel most fortunate to have had the chance to receive teachings and empowerment from Lama Yeshé. In 1982 they attended a public talk in London and were also part of a smaller group of people who spent some more private time with him.

Ngala ’ö-Dzin recalls:
Lama Yeshé was a warm and welcoming Lama. He was completely unreserved in his warmth and friendliness. He kept urging us to check things out and then get on with practice.

Ngala Nor’dzin continues:
He gave us a photograph of himself which has the words ‘Big Love’ on it and his signature. We are so glad that we were able to meet him before he died. Ngak’chang Rinpoche met his incarnation in Bavaria in 1994 and they presided together over a tsog’khorlo at which Ngak’chang Rinpoche gave teachings of the meaning of tsog’khorlo and the secret offerings. There are so many wonderful connections which occur through the Vajrayana teachings and it is a joy to know that one of our Tsawa’i Lamas met Lama Yeshé.
